Pale gold colour, limpid and brilliant, silver reflections in appearance. The first nose is expressive with fruity notes (peach, pineapple) and a background more mineral (light flint). After aeration, citrus aromas appear mixed with light notes aromatic herbs (rosemary). The whole thing is fresh and delicate. The attack in the mouth is lively, tangy and lemony notes bring energy. The finish is more mineral with a beautiful expression of the terroir limestone that makes the whole salivating. Pairs well as an aperitif, seafood, sushi, fish à la plancha, tapas.
