Domaine Dubois Bernard Bourgogne Rouge 2023

The wine comes from a young vineyard (less than 30 years old). It is a wine with good intensity, a deep burgundy colour in its youth which changes into an orange colour with age. The Pinot Noir, well adapted in this area, gives a rich and full aroma. Its structure is mixed with soft tannins. The Bourgogne Rouge is drinkable when it is young, but it matures nicely and is easier with age. Best with grilled or roasted red meats (lamb and pork as well), light game but also with eggs "en meurette" or soft cheeses.
