Don Gato is a dry hopped Gose. We brewed this sour ale with a touch of French grey sea salt and hand crushed coriander seeds. Once fermentation was complete, we added a light dry hop of Citra and Motueka. Flavors of lime juice and fresh mango with a slightly salty finish.
