A festive multi-tasker serve Prosecco as aperitif, with the meal or with fruit for dessert. This fun sparkler is bright and floral with notes of lemon, peach, pear and a slightly sweet finish. Prosecco, the festive sparkler from the hills north of Treviso, not only enjoyed astronomical growth in the US through the last 2 decades. Refreshing, undemanding and low enough in alcohol (11%). Certifited Kosher, Mevushal. Excellent by itself as an aperitif. Ideal with all fish dishes, salami and cured meats - also goes well with light pasta and rice dishes besides all white meats.
