Pale yellow, crystalline, clear and brilliant color. At first nose, lively, intense and very aromatic with lemon, spices (cardamom) and white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear). At second nose, upon aeration, the nose confirms a palette of fine and harmonious aromas on a fruity register (peach, pink grapefruit), nuanced with white flowers (orange blossom, peach blossom), spearmint. On the palate, the freshness of the attack brings a thirst-quenching acidity which is enhanced by notes of citrus, vine peach, and fresh herbs. The mid-palate is rich with stone fruits (white peach, yellow peach, apricot), supported by an elegant minerality. The finish is refined and persistent with notes of citrus and ripe fruits.
