SILO's Gin is distilled from 100% Vermont corn, grown in North Clarendon, Vermont, as well as local apples from Wellwood Orchard (Springfield, VT) and juniper berries. Our gin holds tight to its traditional roots, yet is balanced and welcoming for newer palates. With a strong juniper presence in the nose, yet a smooth, crisp finish on the palate, this gin encourages two senses to play together during each sip.
