Naturally sulfite free, 1/3 Acidity of grape wine. All Nagasaki sakes are sulfite free with no additives or preservatives. We blend ancient traditional methods with modern technology to produce premium Ginjo sakes. To create the freshest highest quality sakes available, we handcraft our products in small batches. The Japanese "Drink of the Gods," premium sake is made only from rice, water, koji (enzyme) and yeast. Brewed like beer, stored and served like wine. Nagasaki is delicious cold or warm.
