A brilliant pale green in the glass. This pure and bright Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has a vibrant fruit driven nose bursting with citrus fruits and passionfruit. On the palate luscious fruit flavors of ripe tropical fruits and lifted herbaceous notes are finely balanced with zesty acidity, an underlying minerality, and just a hint of residual sweetness. Juicy, crisp and fresh this wine leads to a long and dry, persistent finish.

This is a very pale-hued wine that could, on quick glance, be mistaken for a glass of water! The flavors are relatively watery as well: delicate if not overly interesting notes of ripe lime, pineapple and green bell pepper. The acidity is a little tart and a touch of residual sugar left in the wine offers some fruit weight to counteract it. The finish is short and simple.
