Two Hands Gnarly Dudes Shiraz 2017
Nose: Notes of black cherry, fresh blackberry, fresh lavender, pastry crust, and dark chocolate. Palate: Hits the palate with vibrancy and pop. Bright berry notes dance across the palate. Medium to full bodied with richness of fruit balanced by bright refreshing acidity. Tannins are prominent but melt beautifully into a wall of fruit. Finished with a lovely long palate, accented by notes of red licorice, lavender, and dark chocolate with a creamy texture from lees contact.

Wine SpectatorVanilla cream soda notes accent the plush and supple wild berry and plum flavors on a smooth, easy-drinking body, with hints of sarsaparilla and clove lingering on the finish.
Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow LabelThe strength of this golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial notes of fruit are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla when the wine is allowed to age in the bottle. Brut Carte Jaune offers a perfect balance of finesse and forcefulness. Food Pairings: Salmon, blinis, fish tartars, pasta, parmesan, seafood, crackers.
