Traditionally aged in #4 Charred Barrels, our Batchers' Bourbon Whiskey displays a beautiful amber color and releases wonderful vanilla and butterscotch notes. It has a smooth, balanced taste with a slightly peppery finish. Our mash bill is 75% corn, 23% rye, and 2% barley. Our two-step barreling process, which includes aging in 8-year cooperage, creates a complex yet smooth sipping spirit that also mixes extremely well with cocktails like Old-Fashioned's.

Our Chardonnay reflects the distinctive personality of Monterey vineyards, which give rise to juicy apple, guava and melon flavors. Whole-cluster pressing and a combination of barrel and stainless steel fermentation ensures that the creamy texture and caramelized sugar finish is balanced by a crisp acidity.
Litchfield Distillery Batchers' Coffee BourbonOur Coffee Bourbon is quite unique. In fact, we're not sure anything exists quite like it in the marketplace! We carefully crafted this spirit beginning with Windsor-based roaster, Baronet Coffee who ground arabica beans to cold brew specs. We then steeped the grinds in cold distilled water for 24 hours for maximum absorption and infused the brew into our bourbon whiskey during the proofing process. The coffee is smooth, not bitter and adds a complex earthy character to the finish.
