Mocali Brunello di Montalcino 2012
100% Sangiovese Grosso grown in galestro soils at an altitude of 400m. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel; malolactic fermentation follows in oak. The wine ages for three years in large Slavonian oak casks. The results are rich, dark and textured Brunellos that drink particularly well in their youth and continue to age gracefully for years.
